It’s 3 in the afternoon. You have no idea what you’re doing for dinner, desperately searching Pinterest waiting for inspiration to strike. You need an elegant, healthy, composed meal that can be cobbled together from the remnants of your freezer and pantry. Did you defrost? Nope.
Cooking skills? Not really.
Time to cook? Probably 30 minutes or less.
If these sound like your scenario, welcome to the club.
I have about 5 minutes to cook if I have both hands, if I cook one handed? Longer. An adorable baby old sees to that.
What can I expect from this blog?
Recipe first! No scrolling through my life story to get to ‘the goods.’
All recipes are dairy free. Most have gluten free and vegan adaptations.
Simple recipes you can probably make with one hand. We’ll use the slow cooker, oven, and maybe even a few other gadgets to make your life easier.
Level of difficulty?
Maybe you might have to use a cutting board.
What kind of recipes?
Expect a mix of American, German, and any dishes where inspiration strikes. Most will be dairy free. If I’m feeling really fancy, I might even present one in a mason jar.
